Opening Guidelines
IBF adherence to the CDC Guidelines, State and County Guidelines for In-Person meetings.
We will uphold the guidelines to assure our members are safe, we have put a plan in place to monitor the conditions and make new recommendations if needed.
IBF will require the following when attending in person meetings:

Mask will be mandated in order to assure the safety of our members we would like to mandate the wearing of masks during the meeting.

Sanitizer and wipes will be available for distribution - there will be both sanitizers and wipes on a table upon entry.

Wiping down and spraying before and after each meeting including the restrooms

The Secretary will ask members to stay after to help with the wiping down of the fellowship hall and bathrooms.

Signs will be posted regarding spacing (3 ft apart), masks etc.

Capacity - will be limited to 25 people.

Pre-Amble, How it Works and Twelve Traditions readings - The secretary will read the Pre-Amble at the beginning part of How it Works. The 12 Steps and the 12

Traditions can be read from the walls by members.

Ventilation - large fans will be available, upper window, front door and back door will remain open during meeting.

7th Tradition – basket will not be passed but will be on the table to receive donations, members can still donation via Cash App and Zelle.
